Mr. Sigler brings over 30 years of finance and management experience, and is primarily responsible for the acquisition and leasing of the company’s portfolio of properties. His past successes include the completion of some 70 transactions totalling more than two million square feet of commercial and residential property. His knowledge in property evaluations, budget preparation, employee development and real estate banking contributes to the financial success of the property investments and the company.

With a background in real estate investments and project construction management, Mr. Lahey provides The Properties Group with essential knowledge in construction management and oversees the development and construction of various commercial and residential projects.

A graduate of Carleton University - B. Comm., Chartered Accountant and C.I.C.A. In-Depth Course for Tax Specialists, Mr. Levine is a member of Ontario Institute of Chartered Accountants and Canadian Institute of Chartered Accountants. His focus is on investor development and relations. Prior to joining The Properties Group in 1992, Mr. Levine had 25 years of business experience with Ernst & Young as a Partner specializing in providing corporate finance, audit, and risk management services in various business sectors including, real estate.

A graduate of University of Calgary BA Accounting Sciences, Ursula is the firm’s Chief Financial Officer, is a member of the Certified General Accountants Association, and has been with the company for more than 10 years. Her education and experience include: Forecasting and Budgeting, Computer Programming, Construction Management, Management Information Systems, Advanced Auditing, Taxation, Finance, Information Technology and Strategic Business Management. With the assistance of the Chief Accountant and support staff, and state-of-the-art integrated business systems, Ms. Bushey oversees all aspects of the company’s financial control and reporting activities.
