Jules Sigler, Brian Lahey and Stuart Levine C.A. are the principals of this Ottawa-based real estate investment house.

Established in 1977, The Properties Group Management Ltd. is a real estate investment and management firm engaging primarily in the acquisition and management of residential and commercial properties throughout central and eastern Canada. Our mission is to provide superior value to our stakeholders.

We believe that the collective experience of our team, both in real estate acquisition and management, is the key to fulfilling the needs of our investors and tenants. Our results are measured not only in return on investments and tenant satisfaction, but also in the contribution we’ve made in each community in which we have had the opportunity to work and prosper.

The members of The Properties Group management team have over 100 years of collective real estate experience. The company has overseen the development and management of properties for such tenants as the Government of Canada, the Government of Ontario, LCBO, TD Canada Trust, Loeb, Loblaws, Royal Bank, McDonalds, Scotia Bank, Reitman’s, East Side Marios, Tim Hortons, Shoppers Drug Mart, The Beer Store, Citi Financial, Ontario Power Generation and IBM Canada Limited.

The company’s portfolio is comprised of nearly 70 properties.
